How it works
TreeTop is a subscription-based platform that allows anyone to fund rewilding in the UK through a simple monthly fee.
Subscriptions from you and others are pooled into a rewilding fund.
When enough budget is accumulated, TreeTop purchases a plot land in the UK and starts passively rewilding - letting nature take its course with minimal intervention.
You can stay up to date with the rewilding progress through updates and content on our website.
Your ongoing subscriptions help to manage the land, and start accumulating new funds to purchase more land!

TreeTop takes these funds to purchase a local plot of land and starts nature recovery activities, like tree planting.

Your annual management fees allow us to continue to manage the land and it’s nature recovery on your behalf.

You can visit the site, view content our website, and use any verified carbon offsets from the land attributed to you.
05.
After a minimum of 15 years, the land may be sold to an aligned buyer, any any financial returns will be returned to you.

We don’t run a short term scheme to meet a deadline or hit a target. And we aren’t government sponsored. We want to restore nature, permanently. The projects that you fund are long term because we purchase the land and hold it for a minimum of 15 years. No risk of nature’s progress being halted.

We think nature is amazing. But our busy lives mean that too often we don’t appreciate what it can offer and how it can benefit us. We want TreeTop to be a haven where you can slow down, take a breath, and experience nature. Digitally and in person.

In the modern world, the UK's food production has never been so critical. Food security is something we often taken for granted - it is not a given. Therefore, we won't turn productive farmland back to nature. Only marginal areas of land that are difficult to farm and have low productivity. And the income we provide our farming partners ensure they have the financial stability to continue to produce our food.

Any carbon capture that happens on the land is attributed to you and your fellow crowdfunding investors only. We don’t sell any carbon credits on the carbon market, so no double counting.

We understand that nature has a fair few billion years of experience! Given the time and the space, it will create healthy ecosystems that capture carbon. All we do is give it that time and space by reducing human interference and increasing natural process influence. We let nature take back control.
